A Wii Problem

I bought a Nintendo Wii (which will probably give Alisdair spasms) and it’s all working great except for Mario Kart: when I try to play it online it works for a while then throws up an error message, something along the lines of: “An error has occured. Restart the Wii and check the operations manual”.

The operations manual says the Wii is probably arsed, Nintendo’s online troubleshooting stuff says the disc is probably arsed. Anyway, today I tried playing it in a Wii Jamie has access to and it worked, so I took my Wii round to Jamies and it worked there… There’s something that Mario Kart doesn’t like about my local network. I can’t for the life of me think what it could be.

Perhaps it’s some DHCP thing…
