Depends on what your goals are with this new piece of kit? Replace the Nord Mod, be a traditional synth, get really weird, etc?
You make a good point. I guess I’m looking for a more traditional synth. The Mopho is great but is monophonic so obviously only plays one thing at a time and I’d quite like to be able to have several voices sequenced together simultaneously. The SY77 let’s me do that, but it’s not as nice sounding as either the Mopho or the Nord…
I suppose, really, the Tetra would make sense as it extends the Mopho, which I like, but I feel I should maybe get something different sounding, which probably means some sort of virtual analogue thing, which would probably be more flexible anyway.
