The Linux box still isn't talking to the Win95 box and now Neils had to take the monitor and power cable away. Alisdair wants to try and have a go at getting the network going but ti'll be hard as we've no monitor now and I don't think Neil will give me the monitor back until after the exams.

I've been having big packet loss problems with Q2 recently, I don't know if it's just a general net problem or if it's my setup. I've changed the Demon MTU for my dial up so with any luck that will help but I doubt it. Last might I was having trouble with the pjod showing up every few minutes, if that doesn't go away I'll have to try limiting my connection speed, about 40000 sounds like what I should set it to.
