I've just realised that this plan is OK for the Y2K. Just had an exciting day, Alisdair and I discovered that you CAN understand our Maths lecturer if you listen to him very hard, he does make some kinda sense. I just found out that MS Chat can connect to irc.barrysworld.com so if anyone used the NG IRC channel during the day I could have a chat but no-one does.
Alisdair, Vic and me got our Java practical marked but there was this guy there complaining because we hadn't put in comment lines or used meaningful variable names despite the fact that we were using some variable names that were taken straight out of the prewritten class. Theres a guy standing over to my right with Vics bag, at least, it looks like Vics bag.
Mobile phones with novelty rings are extremely annoying, especially when the person with the phone keeps getting (presumably) text messages on it.
